Organic flours

Flour for polenta and for use as a special ingredient in bread. Harvesting is done by hand, and drying is done in the same way as for beans: slowly, on gratings in the Ruttars air. This flour is stoneground. The packaging, labelling and conservation are completed at the company laboratory, located at the Ruttars winery, by specialist personnel. To best preserve the organoleptic characteristics, since 2008 we have used vacuum technology in a modified atmosphere to ensure top quality. This maintains the fragrance and nutritional and organoleptic properties for extended periods and keeps them safe from harmful parasites. The elegant packaging allows the consumer to see the contents of the package from the special “window”, and the box keeps the product safe from shocks and direct light during transport. And each of our products comes with a suggested recipe.
