slightly sweet, warm, with forthright finish and pleasant, fragrant persistence.


Pot still with steam boilers of approx. 300 kg capacity each linked to a non-return, cold-head column with retrogradation and coil condenser. Distillation, which is executed with the correct blend of the heads and tails in order to obtain a distillate with a generous, full heart, is followed by a period of ageing in stainless steel vats. Before bottling, the grappa is brought to the labelled alcohol content by adding decalcified, microbiologically pure natural spring water, and it is then refrigerated to -8°C and filtered to eliminate the oily substances produced during distillation.Recommended serving temperature:12°C – 14°C
