The wine is left to age on the lees in stainless steel tanks for about ten months and a few months in the bottle
Closure: the whole production is available with Stelvin screw cap by the French company Pechiney. This choice was obligatory because the screw cap preserves the quality that we create day by day, first in vineyard and then in the cellar.
Tasting notes: made from Traminer Aromatico grapes vinified as a white wine. It has a rather intense and brilliant golden, straw-yellow colour; its aroma is intense yet delicate, aromatic and fruity. Its taste is crisp, well-bodied, and balanced, with a slightly bitterish aftertaste characteristic of this wine.
Serving suggestions: to be paired with chargrilled fish and fermented, unripened cheeses; we have very pleasant memories of drinking this with an asparagus risotto.
