Special Lunchshow led by FVG Via dei Sapori at the Jermann Winery

In the occasion of Saint Martin’s Day, Saturday 11 November at our winery in Ruttars we are hosting another event you cannot miss: a Lunchshow led by Friuli Venezia Giulia Via dei Sapori, the well recognized group of 21 star chefs of Friuli who create their culinary shows using the best products and produce the region has to offer, in settings that are extraordinarily stunning.
The soloists of the culinary show will be accompanied by four chefs from overseas and four winemakers.
This special event will focus on a sophisticated menu dedicated to autumn and to the Mitteleuropean cuisine that will be cooked and interpreted live by the master chefs.
And to propose the best pairing with wine there will be winemakers of the most prestigious wineries of Friuli and abroad.
L’ouverture of the Lunch Show - as also the closure with desserts, ice-creams, coffee and distilled spirits - will be conducted by 16 artisans of taste. Small and larger companies that excel in their products together with the major restaurateurs and winemakers all working together for a unique project: enhancing the food, the wine and the produce of Friuli Venezia Giulia.
